    The International Travel & Tourism Awards comprise of a Gold and Silver award, plus Highly Commended awards for high quality entries.

  • Dates and fees
    Early bird 1 May 2018 £300 + VAT
    Entry fee 31 May 2018 £400 + VAT

    Finalists will be announced in Summer 2018.

    Multiple entries
    Entrants may submit as many tailored entries into as many categories as they wish, but please note the discount is capped at four entries. Duplicated entries will be disqualified and will still be charged.

    Special deals
    £50 + VAT off for second entry
    £75 + VAT off for third entry
    £100 + VAT off for fourth entry

    Best Digital Influencer in the Industry Award: £99 + VAT.

    Online by credit/debit card when entering.

    Entries must be in English. Reference documents in other languages will be accepted but will not be translated.

    Entrants are discouraged from including confidential information unless it enhances their entry. See Entry Guide for details.

    Work conducted during a two-year period from 01 January 2016 to 31 December 2017. Research / proof of effects may have occurred after, and work may have been introduced earlier/continued after; but it must have run and had impact during this time.

  • What you need to enter

    Start and save your entry online before final submission or plan your online entry using the entry form.

    • Contact details, authorisation at senior level, noting joint entries e.g. client & agency must list all organisations
    • Project name
    • Answers to the judging criteria: see award category descriptions
    • Independent assessment endorsing the value of the project
    • Confirmation that you have read the Entry Guide terms and conditions
    • Credit/debit card to pay entry fee
    • Up to five digital reference documents (optional)
    • Publicity materials: logo, initiative summary of 150-200 words outlining the effectiveness and why it is an award winning entry, and a performance statement; an attention grabbing statement of success
    • Up to three high resolution colour images for publicity
    • Video (optional)
  • Judging

    Assume the judges have no prior knowledge and avoid jargon. Simple, concise descriptions work best.

  • Judging criteria
    Refer to this when writing your submission with regards to what the judges are looking for and how they will be scoring.

    Judges will look for evidence and verification of significant claims.

    Right to reassign
    Judges may move entries into alternative categories, if they deem it applicable. If so, entrants have the right to withdraw.

    Judging confidentiality
    The International Travel & Tourism Awards will handle the information supplied for judging the entries in the strictest confidence.

    Be specific when documenting evidence; provide sources of data.

    Do not contact the judges directly or indirectly with regard to your awards entry as it may result in disqualification.
