ExtraJordanary - reinvigorating tourism to Jordan by Brighter Group, A Finn Partners Company

The clear objective of this two long campaign was to increase visitor figures in the face of significant adversity. The region had been in news agenda headlines for years following the Arab Spring and arrivals had been in decline as a result. Brighter Group has shown how it understands how and why people book a holiday - and has made sure that at all elements of the booking chain have been covered from inspiration to investigation, online enquiries and travel agent advice, a potential traveller to Jordan could not fail to feel safe and confident about booking a trip to the destination to see its amazing sights.

Brighter Group's all-encompassing campaign which had numerous touch points including editorial in print and online media, advertising media, OOH and TV, large events with trade and media organisations made a significant difference in just two years and arrivals have risen 30%.

This resulted in very impressive arrival figures for both 2016 and 2017. After the first year's campaign, the arrivals were up 6% and even more impressively, in 2017, UK arrivals were up 30% on 2010 which is generally regarded as the 'golden year' for Jordan Tourism.
